For example, if you live in a 2,500-square-foot home, and the ductless units you want to purchase are 12,000 BTUs each, you’ll need approximately 6 to 7 mini split units to cool your home.
Since the layout, budget and needs of every home are different, this example is a rough estimate. For instance, you may not want or need an air handler in every zone of your home.
